Venue Negotiation

We're currently improving the support offered to event hosts in securing new venues, providing them with new materials, training sessions, and ready-to-go solutions for negotiating favourable deals. The project will run till the end of October 2024 with me in the lead.

Satisfaction Survey Revamp

My team overachieved the project goal with 52% more completed responses YoY (instead of the expected 25%). The participation rate increased by 85% and the survey duration decreased from 26 to only 4 minutes. We managed to secure a snappier, more engaging and modern survey experience without compromising the quality of feedback received.

Community Insights

Based on our pre-pandemic processes, we defined, designed, tested, and rolled out new surveys to gather valuable insights about our event offering and improve customer experience in all 420 communities worldwide.

Event Host Lifecycle

A long-term initiative focused on recruiting, onboarding, activation and retention of revenue-generating platform members. I took over the lead for a month in the absence of the project manager.

Online Training Refined

I took charge of improving online sessions for members willing to host in-person events in local communities. We later moved on to refine the onboarding experience for our top-tier members, making it more engaging and enjoyable — for both sides.
